The extraction is completed in 2 hours in a single tube with a simple procedure.
(The kit can also be used for fresh or frozen samples)

Column or bead extraction methods typically lose 40-60% of the DNA due to insufficient binding or incomplete elution. WaxFree DNA is a non-column or bead extraction method. The high efficiency extraction buffer maxmizes the release of DNA resulting in greater yields from FFPE tissue than other methods.
