Since the establishment of Bio-Connect in 2004 we put a lot of energy and time to implement a good quality system. Meanwhile working with our quality system is so deep in our genes that in January 2009 we are awarded with the ISO 9001 certificate. Of course we are very proud with this milestone!
What does this mean for you?
Working with our quality system is not our goal but a tool. Assurance of all our processes like how to order, how to send, order status, assure the product quality, answering technical questions, to inform customers, etc. are imbedded to meet the expectations of our customers and preferably to exceed these expectations. According to us the only way to stay successful in our field.
What does this mean for Bio-Connect?
Because we have documented all our processes accordingly and use them in our daily work we are able to continue improve the service to our customers. Something that is of course vital for a company as Bio-Connect to keep the performance constantly in line with your expectations.
