| IMK-501 | Phospho-IkBa ActivELISA Kit - This kit allows quantitative measurment of IkBa phosphorylation in one day without time-consuming western blot analysis. It can also be adapted for high-throughput screening of IKK activities. This ELISA kit uses highly sensitive chemiluminescence detection system combined with our anti-IkBa monoclonal antibodies to detect phosphorylation status of IkBa upon external stimuli. A luminometer is required for this assay. |
| IMK-515 | NF-kB SEAPorter Assay Kit - The NF-kB SEAPorter™ Assay Kit includes the pNF-kB/SEAP plasmid, which expresses SEAP protein under the control of the NF-ęB promoter. The NF-kB promoter can be activated or suppressed by using ligands or inhibitors. For instance, TNFa can activate NF-kB resulting SEAP expression. TLR ligands can also activate NF-kB leading to an increase in SEAP expression. |
