ELISA (0.5 µg/ml), Func, Neut (6 - 8 µg/ml), WB (0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml) ELISA: 0.5 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Neutralization: 6-8 ug/ml to yield one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse RANTES.
