Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD19 also known as B-lymphocyte antigen CD19, which is expressed in the tonsils as well as in the testis but is highly expressed in spleen and bone marrow cell. It is found in the cell membrane. CD19 can also help in the regulation of B cell receptor signaling pathway. This protein can assemble with the antigen receptor of B-lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.
