Precipitating polyclonal goat antiserum to Mouse IgG2a, subclass specific. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG2 in mouse serum and other body fluids or to determine its concen- tration. To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of Mouse IgG2 from serum or plasma.

Pools of purified homogenous IgG2a and IgG2b isolated from mouse serum of strains belonging to the allelic types Igh-1a and Igh-1b. Freunds complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
