Precipitating polyclonal goat antiserum to rabbit IgA, Fc specific. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgA in rabbit serum or other body fluids or to determine its concentration. To prepare an immune adsorbent for the purification of rabbit IgA from serum or plasma.

Highly purified normal IgA isolated from pooled rat serum. Freunds complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
