Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NEDD8, also known as NEDD-8 and Neddylin, whose expression can be detected in the colon and ovary but is highly expressive in the spleen and heart. It is found in the nucleus. This protein is involved in anatomical structure morphogenesis and proteolysis. Attachment of NEDD8 to cullins activates their associated E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, and thus promotes polyubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of cyclins and other regulatory proteins.
