    Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PAF receptor which is also known as PAF-R and PAFr whose expression can be detected in the heart and lung but is highly expressive in the placenta and ventricles. It is found in the cell membrane. It can perform functions like cellular response to 2-O-acetyl-1-O-hexadecyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine and phosphatidylinositol-mediated signaling. It seems to mediate its action via a G protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
