Precipitating polyclonal rabbit antiserum to Mouse IgG, Fc specific. In immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG; as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal mouse serum; to prepare an immunoadsorbent for the production of Ig-free mouse serum, plasma or non-Ig preparations.

Purified normal IgG, including all known subclasses, isolated from pooled mouse serum. Freunds complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
