In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG2a in mouse serum and other body fluids or to determine its concen- tration. To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of Mouse IgG2a from serum or plasma.

Highly purified normal homogenous IgG2a (formerly IgG2a(1a)) isolated from mouse serum. Freunds complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
