Precipitating polyclonal sheep antiserum to Bovine IgG1, subclass specific. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG1 in bovine serum and other body fluids or to determine its concentration.

Pools of purified normal IgG1 isolated from pooled bovine serum. Freunds complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
