Precipitating polyclonal rabbit antiserum to mouse IgA, Fc specific. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgA in mouse serum or other body fluids or to determine its concentration. To prepare an immune adsorbent for the purification of mouse IgA from serum or plasma.

Highly purified normal IgA isolated from pooled guinea pig serum. Freunds complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
