Precipitating polyclonal sheep antiserum to guinea pig IgG1, subclass specific. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG1 in guinea pig serum and other body fluids or to determine its concen- tration.

Pools of purified normal IgG1 isolated from pooled guinea pig serum. Freunds complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
