    Bosutinib is also named as SKI-606, is a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor,It has a more potent than imatinib. Bosutinib can overcome by both Bcr-Abl-dependent and independent mechanisms. It is used to treat patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) who demonstrate resistance to imatinib or develop resistance during treatment. Bosutinib inhibits tumor cell proliferation, angiogenesis, growth factor expression and Src-mediated signaling pathways in vivo.
