Blocks hedgehog-induced movement of Smo into the primary cilium, disengages Smo-dependent abrogation of Gli2 and Gli3 proteolytic processing and inhibits Gli activity induced by loss of PTCH1. - Sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling pathway inhibitor.
