Human B7-H6, also known as NCR3LG1, B7 homolog 6, and natural killer cell cytotoxicity receptor. GenBank Accession No. NM_001202439, a.a. 25-262 with C-terminal Fc-Avi-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 52 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
