    The recombinant mouse FCGR4 consists of 214 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 24.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmFCGR4 is approximately 25-35 kDa due to glycosylation. The amino acid sequence corronding to (Met 1-Gln 203) of mouse FCGR4 (NP_653142.2) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus.
