Scientific Description
The recombinant mouse HAVCR2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 411 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 45.9 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 58-66 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse HAVCR2 (AAL65156.1) (Met1-Arg191) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
