Scientific Description
The recombinant mouse LTA4H consists of 621 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 70.4 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 62 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse LTA4H (NP_032543.2) (Met 1-Asp 611) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
