Scientific Description
The recombinant mouse REG2 comprises 389 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 43.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 45.4 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse REG2 (NP_033069.1) (Met1-Ala173) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
