Scientific info:	The recombinant mouse sFRP2 consists of 282 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 32.5 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, it migrates with an apparent molecular mass of 36 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse sFRP2 (NP_033170.1) (Met 1-Cys 295) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
