Scientific Description
The recombinant rat DDR2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 617 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 69.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 110 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the rat DDR2 (B1WC09) (Met1-Arg399) was expressed, fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
