Scientific Description
The recombinant rat IL7R/mFc comprises 453 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 51.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 65 in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat IL7R (D4A3X8) (Met1-Asp239) was fused with Fc region of mouse IgG at the C-terminus.
