Scientific Description
The recombinant rat MSR1 comprises 396 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 43.1 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 51-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the rat MSR1 (NP_001178868.1) (Trp79-Ser454) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
