Human TNFR2 protein, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor 2, TNFRSF1B, and CD120b, with C-terminal His-Avi™-Tag fused to the Fc region of Human IgG1. GenBank Accession No. NM_001066, a.a. 23-257 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 55 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
