    CTRP3 (C1qTNF-related protein 3) plays an important role in regulating both embryonic cartilage development and postnatal longitudinal bone growth. CTRP3 stimulation leads to ERK1/2-dependent cell proliferation in human osteosarcoma cell lines. - Protein. Rat CTRP3 (aa 23-319) is fused at the C-terminus to a His-tag. Source: E. coli. Endotoxin content: <0.1EU/microg protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized from 0.2microm-filtered solution in 1X PBS, pH7.4. Purity: >95% (SDS-PAGE).
