Scientific Description
The recombinant mouse CXADR consists of 225 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 25 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 30 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CXADR (NP_001020363.1) (Met 1-Gly 237) was expressed with six amino acids (ENLYFQ) at the C-terminus.
