A key improvement on the new website is the clearer structure of our services section. From the homepage, you can go directly to the Services tile, where our service portfolio is now divided into two dedicated pages: procurement services and custom services. This helps you immediately see which solution best fits your request.
Procurement services are ideal when you need existing (bio-)chemicals, diagnostic products or other lab consumables that are not part of the regular Bio-Connect portfolio. In these cases, we source the product from suppliers for whom we are not the official distributor. Through our contracted and trusted partners, we can support you with custom reagents, biomolecules and other bespoke solutions that are developed according to your specifications. With a simple manual selection, you decide if the search focuses on the product catalogue or on knowledge resources. This helps you avoid irrelevant results and quickly get to either the right product page or the information you need to design or interpret your experiments.
For example, if you are ready to order, you can search directly within products. If you are still exploring methods, technologies or suppliers, you can switch to the website search to find background information, application notes or other scientific content.
