Products

  • Complaints are handled seriously and with care by our (technical) support team. If the product you have ordered from Bio-Connect does not meet your expectations, please contact our technical support team as soon as possible to report the problem.

    Please provide the following information: Order number (beginning with SO or SR), product catalog number, lot or batch number, a detailed description of the problem. If possible, include any relevant evidence such as photographs, test results, other documentation, and logs. This will help illustrate the problem.

  • Check the datasheet that is provided alongside with the product or download it from the website of the supplier. In case you cannot retrieve it, please contact our Technical Support. They will help you with all the product information you need, including information on which applications the products have been tested in.

  • See packaging for storage instructions or contact our Technical Support.

  • Please send your request to our technical support team and we will do our best to provide you with the information you need.

  • Bio-Connect has several suppliers that offer custom products. Please contact our Technical Support for more information.

  • For most products we can offer alternatives from our portfolio. Please note that these alternatives may be from other suppliers. Contact our technical support for further assistance.

  • Bio-Connect has extensive experience in finding products or alternatives. Contact our Technical Support with detailed product information and we will be happy to search for the product you need.

  • Please review this information when logged into our webshop. Alternatively contact or purchase team at purchase@bio-connect.nl for more information.

  • This depends on the product you are looking for and therefore we need more detailed information (catalog number, product description, supplier, quantity). Please contact our customer service team for more information.

  • It may happen that not all products are uploaded. This is usually the case for very new products or products that are rarely sold. Please provide our quote team (at quotes@bio-connect.nl) with the product you are looking for, if available with more detailed information (catalog number, product description, supplier, quantity). We will see if we have the item in our portfolio.

  • You can view your customer-specific prices when you are logged in to our webshop.

  • Please log into your account in our webshop or contact our customer service for pricing information.

  • For the expected delivery time, please check our webshop or contact our purchase department at purchase@bio-connect.nl.

  • If you looking for SDS files, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), or other documentation do not hesitate to contact our in-house technical support team.

    For expedited access to the documents, we recommend checking the supplier’s website first.

  • We are a distributor of 130+ suppliers. Some of the suppliers offer samples, however there may be a small service fee applicable or we may charge you for the shipping costs. Send your request to quotes@bio-connect.nl and we will see what we can offer you.

  • We offer products from internationally recognized brands for research and development in various fields. This gives us the unique opportunity to offer next to our RUO products a broad portfolio of both GMP and GLP products.
