Nacalai Tesque

The history of Nacalai Tesque dates back to the foundation of an apothecary selling oriental medicines in 1846 in Japan. Then started its own reagent business in 1958 and changed name to Nacalai Tesque in 1988.
Today, Nacalai Tesque is a manufacturer of HPLC and capillary columns, toxins, antibodies, enzymes, cell culture media, analytical kits, fine chemicals and research chemicals. Their products are well designed to be suited basic research in molecular biology, cell biology and immunology, but for research use only. Its customers include laboratories at universities, pharmaceutical and food-beverage companies, and also public and private research institutes.
Their products can be used for DNA/RNA extraction, DNA electrophoresis, protein extraction, protein purification, protein quantitation, SDS-PAGE, western blotting, immunohisto/immunocyte chemistry and cell culture.
