The NeoMass AAAC 3.0 (#7100120) is the largest completely non-derivatized LC-MS/MS newborn screening panel available, capable of detecting more than 50 inborn errors of metabolism in a single run. This ready-to-use CE-IVD kit screens for amino acid disorders, organic acid disorders, fatty acid oxidation disorders, urea cycle disorders, and (new in this version) Adenosine Deaminase (ADA-SCID) deficiency and X-Linked Adrenoleukodystrophy (X-ALD). The kit uses 34 isotopically labelled internal standards and requires no carcinogenic derivatisation compounds, making it a safer and more streamlined workflow for any laboratory.

Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) affects approximately 1 in 15,000 live births worldwide. The NeoMass CAH kit (#7150022) is a unique second-tier LC-MS/MS confirmation test designed to follow up only on patients who truly require confirmation, significantly reducing unnecessary workload and false-positive results in the healthcare system.
The kit allows for the simultaneous, quantitative determination of six clinically relevant steroids directly from Dried Blood Spot samples: Androstenedione, Cortisol, 11-Deoxycortisol, 21-Deoxycortisol, 17-Hydroxyprogesterone and 21-Hydroxyprogesterone.

The NeoNat SCID-SMA Multiplex kit is the only kit capable of screening Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) for both SMN1 and SMN2, providing additional clinically relevant information for SMA-positive patients directly at the time of screening. The kit simultaneously screens for Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID), targeting TREC and KREC markers, alongside SMA, all from a single Dried Blood Spot sample.
