Verified superior biological activity – Recombinant Proteins

MedChem Express currently produces more than 7,000 kinds of recombinant proteins, including cytokines, immune checkpoint proteins, CAR-T related proteins, CD antigens, receptor proteins, enzymes, etc.

Recombinant protein is a protein encoded by a recombinant DNA that has been cloned in a system that supports the expression of the gene and translation of mRNA. Recombinant proteins have been widely used in most hot research areas such as immune checkpoints, antibody-drug targets, CAR-T cell therapy targets, Fc receptors, influenza viral proteins and cytokines.

MedChem Express (MCE) currently produces and sells more than 7,000 kinds of recombinant proteins, including cytokines, immune checkpoint proteins, CAR-T related proteins, CD antigens, receptor proteins, enzymes, biotinylated proteins, ubiquitin related proteins, etc. All of MCE products are produced with various tags, multiple species, excellent lot-to-lot consistency, superior activity and significantly low endotoxin, which can meet the needs of different customers.

So far, publications citing use of MCE recombinant proteins involve various popular fields of cell growth and differentiation, cell signaling, biopharmaceutical target discovery, protein structure and function analysis, etc.

MCE always provide the high-quality products, good pre-sales and after-sales services, MCE has become a trusted experimental partner for millions of scientists and technicians worldwide.

Regulation of (myo)fibroblast differentiation and activation. Primary mouse pulmonary fibroblasts are treated with HY-P7117 TGF-β1 to induce (myo)fibroblastic differentiation. The mRNA levels of PTPN13 and NOX4 in the (myo)fibroblasts are significantly elevated after treated, accompanied by an increase in the expression of the (myo)fibroblast marker protein α-SMA.
