FIX&PERM® Cell Fixation and Permeabilization Kit

FIX&PERM® is a simple flow cytometry cell preparation procedure making use of two reagents. Reagent A gently fixes cells, while Reagent B permeabilizes them. The kit is optimized to reduce background and allows for the simultaneous addition of permeabilization medium and fluorochrome-labeled antibodies, enabling the staining of both membrane proteins and intracellular components. Cells are mildly fixed, preserving their flow cytometric scatter characteristics. Learn more here.

SCICONS™ dsRNA Antibodies and ELISA Kits

Nordic-MUBio offers SCICONS™ mouse anti-dsRNA antibodies, which are the gold standard in dsRNA detection. The J2, J5, K1 and K2 clones are used to detect dsRNA intermediates of a diverse range of viruses, including dengue, hepatitis, rabies, rhinovirus, polio, swine fever and more. The antibodies have been widely applied to study the viral life cycle and anti-viral responses, as well as used as a diagnostic tool to detect whether an unknown pathogen is bacterial or viral. The antibodies are also available packaged in ELISA kits. Learn more here.
