Here, you will find a complete system for your MSC culture, ranging from MSCs isolated from human bone marrow, adipose tissue, and umbilical cord matrix of individual donors to optimized growth and differentiation media – PromoCell offers everything you need.

Each cell lot is characterized according to the ISCT* criteria, including in vitro differentiation into adipocytes, chondrocytes, and osteoblasts. Further, the MSC are available from HLA-typed donors.

To support the growth of your MSCs in an in vitro research environment, PromoCell has two options: their low- serum MSC Growth Medium 2, and the more defined serum-free and xeno-free MSC Growth Medium XF.

Further, PromoCell offers five MSC Differentiation Media to efficiently induce differentiation of MSC into adipogenic, chondrogenic (w/ and w/o inducers), osteogenic or neurogenic lineages, respectively.

Looking for expansion of MSCs in a regulated environment? We are at your side! PromoCell has just launched their new GMP grade PromoExQ MSC Growth Medium XF (EQ-C-28019)! It is manufactured according to the EXCiPACT^TM GMP certification standard, building on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. This medium comes with the same formulation as the standard research-grade version, making transition e.g. from assay development to GMP compliant manufacturing as easy as possible!
