Here, you will find a complete system for your MSC culture, ranging from MSCs isolated from human bone marrow, adipose tissue, and umbilical cord matrix of individual donors to optimized growth and differentiation media – we offer everything you need.

Each cell lot is characterized according to the ISCT* criteria, including in vitro differentiation into adipocytes, chondrocytes, and osteoblasts. MSCs are also available from HLA-typed donors.

Further, PromoCell offers five MSC differentiation media to efficiently induce the differentiation of MSC into adipogenic, chondrogenic (with and without inducers), osteogenic or neurogenic lineages, respectively.

Working with mesenchymal stem cells, you’ll surely agree that cryopreservation is one of the many challenges. Our cryopreservation medium Cryo-SFM Plus is defined, animal-component free and protein-free and allow optimal storage of human and animal cells – including sensitive cells such hMSCs.

Explore our Excipient-GMP grade PromoExQ MSC Growth Medium XF (EQ-C-28019): It is produced in accordance with the EXCiPACT™ GMP certification scheme, which builds on our existing ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The EXCiPACT™ GMP certification standard supports the manufacturing of pharmaceutical excipients and is fully aligned with the American National Standard for Good Manufacturing Practices according to NSF/IPEC/ANSI 363. The release specifications of the functional performance assays for our research-grade medium are identical to those of our Excipient-GMP grade cell culture medium, making the transition e.g. from assay development to GMP-related applications as seamless as possible. This regulated product is intended for research use or further manufacturing.
