PromoCell – at your side from the research lab to the regulated environment

Part of the broad portfolio of high-quality and reliable cell culture products that PromoCell offers, is their mesenchymal stem cell culture portfolio.

Here, you will find a complete system for your MSC culture, ranging from MSCs isolated from human bone marrow, adipose tissue, and umbilical cord matrix of individual donors to optimized growth and differentiation media – PromoCell offers everything you need.

Each cell lot is characterized according to the ISCT* criteria, including in vitro differentiation into adipocytes, chondrocytes, and osteoblasts. Further, the MSC are available from HLA-typed donors.

To support the growth of your MSCs in an in vitro research environment, PromoCell has two options: their low- serum MSC Growth Medium 2, and the more defined serum-free and xeno-free MSC Growth Medium XF.

Further, PromoCell offers five MSC Differentiation Media to efficiently induce differentiation of MSC into adipogenic, chondrogenic (w/ and w/o inducers), osteogenic or neurogenic lineages, respectively.

Looking for expansion of MSCs in a regulated environment? We are at your side! PromoCell has just launched their new GMP grade PromoExQ MSC Growth Medium XF (EQ-C-28019)! It is manufactured according to the EXCiPACTTM GMP certification standard, building on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. This medium comes with the same formulation as the standard research-grade version, making transition e.g. from assay development to GMP compliant manufacturing as easy as possible! Of course, this GMP grade medium comes with all relevant documentation. Just reach out for further information!
